Individual therapy is a great way to get to the bottom of what might be bothering you, whether the source of your problem is inside of you (depression, anxiety, agitation) or outside of you (work issues, interpersonal struggles, relationships). We provide a relaxed setting in which you can be yourself and express yourself the way you want to, in the language you use everyday. We realize that therapy doesn’t work if the client isn’t comfortable.
Jude uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Treatment, Reality Therapy and Client Centered approach.
